TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please ensure you read and understand these Terms as you will be bound to these terms when your booking is made.

All pupils must be in possession of a provisional driving license and meet DVLA medical and eyesight requirements.

At Least 48 hours notice of cancellation of any lesson must be given, failure to give sufficient notice will result in the cost of the cancelled lesson to be made in full.

AWL school of motoring are not responsible for the postponement of a lesson due to heavy traffic, illness or mechanical problems with the learner vehicle. In the event of a postponement the pupil will contacted and informed as soon as reasonably possible  and a rescheduled lesson arranged. The Pupil will not be charged for the postponed lesson.

The Instructor reserves the right to to terminate a lesson if the pupil is deemed "unfit" to drive for any reason including ill health or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

we reserve the right to withdraw the use of the vehicle for a Practical Driving Test if in the instructors opinion the pupil is not at the required test standard.

NO Guarantees are made that the pupil will achieve test standard or pass thier Practical Driving Test
